About the Freedom firebirds

The Freedom Firebirds are a volunteer non-profit travel softball organization that works to empower our youth on and off the field through the game of softball. Based in the Eldersburg/Sykesville area of Carroll County the program has been in existence for over 30 years.

 

The program provides a family friendly atmosphere and fields teams from 10U to 18U at all levels to compete locally and regionally.

 

The Firebirds support our student athletes by providing off-field team building activities, community events, and scholarship opportunities. The organization strives to provide life lessons that our young athletes will be able to use on and off the field and well beyond their playing days.
